What can I expect when I visit your dental clinic?

During the procedure, focus on your breathing. Some people hold their breath when they are nervous, which can increase the feeling of anxiety. Take slow, deep and regular breaths, and try to occupy your mind with other matters and positive thoughts.
How often should I visit the dentist?
It is generally recommended that you visit the dentist every three to six months for routine check-ups. Some patients are required to come in more often than that for treatment. Why are regular check-ups important?
